Building the HERD community is incredibly important to me since I understand the juggle of balancing a business and family commitments.

The term "networking" can sometimes feel intimidating and in the words of my children give people the ‘ick’. The concept often forces people out of their comfort zones, prompting them to promote and justify their businesses. This can be overwhelming and uncomfortable for many.

My goal is to take away the pressure of those awkward ‘meet and greet’ moments and offer reassurance that we’re all in the same boat, working hard to create something we’re proud of.
